Is the 2025 Mercedes-Benz E450 a Good Car?
"The E450 is up against some stiff competition here, but its turbocharged inline-6 is absolutely world class, delivering power and fuel economy in equally impressive doses. More surprising is how well the E450 handles — this isn't a sport sedan, exactly, but it does a compelling impression of one when you're hustling through corners. This E-Class variant should be part of any conversation about the best all-around cars on the market."—Ranked #1 out of 6 Midsize Performance Sedans

Is the E450 the ultimate E-Class sedan? If you bring value into the equation, there's certainly an argument to be made. For less than $70k to start, the E450 sprints to 60 mph in 4.4 seconds on the strength of an eerily smooth turbocharged inline-6 engine. Cruising on the highway? The EPA says you'll get 31 mpg, despite AWD being standard. If you want more flash, that's where AMG comes in, but the E450 4MATIC sedan is all understated substance.
