What's New for 2025?
Big news for the Tucson this year, as an exterior refresh is paired with a thoroughly revamped interior. The centerpiece is a redesigned dashboard with a panoramic curved display that houses a standard 12.3-inch infotainment screen and optionally a matching 12.3-inch digital instrument panel. Fancier models feature a relocated shift lever on the steering column, while all Tucsons are treated to wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto and keyless entry/ignition.

Is the 2025 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid a Good SUV?
"The Tucson Hybrid was already one of our favorites before it got a comprehensive refresh for 2025, which takes the interior tech to the next level with a widescreen infotainment module that wouldn't look out of place in a luxury car. In the engine room, we continue to appreciate that the Hyundai uses a conventional six-speed automatic, forever opting you out of the mooing and groaning that are par for the course when accelerating in CVT-equipped rivals. Speaking of acceleration, the Tucson Hybrid is one of the quickest compact hybrid SUVs you'll find, yet its efficiency is top-notch, too. The more you look into this Hyundai's offerings, the more you realize how hard it is to identify a weakness. We prefer the Mazda's confident feel in corners, but if you're more about the straight-ahead, the Tucson Hybrid could be #1 in your rankings."—Ranked #3 out of 11 Compact Hybrid SUVs

The Tucson Hybrid is easy to recommend over its non-hybrid sibling. Sure, it starts five grand higher, but you get vastly better fuel economy and much quicker acceleration, too.
