FAST FACTS
2025 Lexus LX Hybrid
Starts at $114,000
Pros
- Luxuriously appointed cabin
- Genuine off-road capability
- Smooth yet sturdy ride quality
Cons
- Barely more fuel-efficient than the non-hybrid LX 600
- Extra horsepower gets soaked up by the hybrid system's extra weight
What's New for 2025?
The LX 700h debuts this year with a hybridized version of the LX 600's turbo V6 powertrain that unfortunately delivers only incremental improvements in both fuel economy and acceleration. The LX 700h also offers an exclusive Overtrail kit that adds serious off-road equipment like front and rear locking differentials. Notably, the LX 700h immediately becomes the only LX that's offered with two-row seating, which you can get by either deleting the third row on the Overtrail trim (for a $1,750 credit) or opting for the two-row, four-seat Ultra Luxury trim, which is only offered with the 700h powertrain (the LX 600 Ultra Luxury has been discontinued).
