Cadillac quotes the same 4.8-second sprint to 60 mph for both the regular CT4 with the optional 2.7-liter turbo four and the CT4-V, which makes sense when you look at the numbers. The CT4-V uses the 2.7T as well, and although it squeezes 15 more horsepower out of that engine, that's cancelled out by the V's extra weight.
Adding all-wheel drive to the CT4-V is about as painless as it gets. Cadillac only charges you 500 bucks for it, and you only lose a single mile per gallon on the highway.
