What's New for 2025?
The single-motor version is reborn as the Q4 45 e-tron, which replaces last year's Q4 40 and boasts 23 more miles of range, 81 more horsepower and a quicker sprint to 60 mph by 1.7 seconds. Across the Q4 e-tron lineup, Audi makes the Technology package standard, which means every 2025 configuration comes equipped with Audi Virtual Cockpit Plus, Audi MMI Navigation Plus, traffic-sign recognition and Audi Connect. Also notable is a new Cold Weather package that includes a heated windshield and a heat pump, although it's only available on the dual-motor Q4 55 e-tron.

Is the 2025 Audi Q4 e-tron a Good SUV?
"The Q4 e-tron is a competitive entrant in this class, but there's nothing that makes it stand out. Everything from the range to the acceleration and even the styling is respectable but also forgettable. Compared to its newer Q6 e-tron stablemate, which is about seven inches longer, the Q4 has a much lower peak charge rate as well as less range. Of course, it also costs nearly $15k less than its big brother, but it's still significantly more expensive than the Tesla. The Q4 e-tron's nifty high-tech interior, which features a crisp touchscreen interface that's angled toward the driver for a cockpit-like feel, is the only reason why we favor it slightly over the Volvo twins, which roll with relatively old cabin tech."—Ranked #5 out of 13 Compact Luxury Electric SUVs

The entry-level Q4 45 e-tron is now a much more appealing choice thanks to a substantial power injection for 2025, as well as 23 extra miles of range. It’s the most affordable way into an electrified Audi, and it might be the most sensible, too.
2. 2025 Audi Q4 e-tron 55 (Dual Motor All-Wheel Drive)
- Base Price: $55,200
- Range: 258 mi
- Battery Capacity: 82.0 kWh

The dual-motor Q4 55 e-tron trims the 0-60-mph sprint to a swift 5.0 seconds, per Audi. But is that worth giving up 30 miles of range? To us, the base Q4 45 e-tron is quick enough at 6.2 seconds to 60. We’d rather have the extra range — and cash.
