What's New for 2025?
The Taycan Wagon lineup, consisting of the all-terrain-ish Cross Turismo and the pavement-oriented Sport Turismo, gets a thorough refresh this year, starting with exterior styling revisions — compare the front fascia, for example, where the headlights are no longer shedding black plastic tears. It continues in the powertrain realm, with upgraded motors flexing more muscle and the standard long-range battery pack providing significantly more range. That battery’s max charge rate also sets a new Taycan record at 320 kW, an impressive figure. Note that the previously optional 19.2-kW onboard charger has been discontinued.

1. 2025 Porsche Taycan 4 Cross Turismo (Dual Motor AWD)
- Base Price: $111,100
- Range: 277 mi
- Battery Capacity: 105.0 kWh
- Peak Charge Rate: 320 kW
- Drive Type: All-wheel drive
- Engine: 2 electric motors
- Horsepower: 429
- Torque: 449 lb-ft
- 0-60: 4.5 sec
- Weight: 5,090 lbs
- Length: 195.8 in
Porsche's wacky electric wagon starts out with a 277-mile range rating from the EPA that turns out to be the best range of any Cross Turismo variant. That's because the base Cross Turismo, unlike the base Taycan sedan, comes standard with the bigger battery — and if you get a fancier trim level of the Cross Turismo, it's going to have more power, which uses up more battery juice. So if you want to maximize your range, this is the version you're looking for right here.
2. 2025 Porsche Taycan 4S Cross Turismo (Dual Motor AWD)
- Base Price: $125,200
- Range: 272 mi
- Battery Capacity: 105.0 kWh
- Peak Charge Rate: 320 kW
- Drive Type: All-wheel drive
- Engine: 2 electric motors
- Horsepower: 590
- Torque: 523 lb-ft
- 0-60: 3.6 sec
- Weight: 5,093 lbs
- Length: 195.8 in
This will be a tempting upgrade from the base Cross Turismo, as you only lose five miles of range and you gain a whole lot of acceleration, including an overboost function that unlocks the full horsepower rating.
3. 2025 Porsche Taycan GTS Sport Turismo
- Base Price: $149,800
- Range: N/A
- Battery Capacity: 105.0 kWh
- Peak Charge Rate: 320 kW
- Drive Type: All-wheel drive
- Engine: 2 electric motors
- Horsepower: 690
- Torque: 582 lb-ft
- 0-60: 3.1 sec
- Weight: 5,146 lbs
- Length: 195.4 in
Splitting the difference pricewise and power-wise between the 4S Cross Turismo and the Turbo Cross Turismo, the GTS Sport Turismo also brings a uniquely sporty flavor to the Taycan Wagon family. It's the only Sport Turismo variant offered this year, so if you're not super into the Cross Turismo's faux-rugged Subaru Outback kind of vibe, the Sport Turismo should satisfy with its more traditional European wagon aesthetic.
4. 2025 Porsche Taycan Turbo Cross Turismo (Dual Motor AWD)
- Base Price: $176,300
- Range: 265 mi
- Battery Capacity: 105.0 kWh
- Peak Charge Rate: 320 kW
- Drive Type: All-wheel drive
- Engine: 2 electric motors
- Horsepower: 871
- Torque: 656 lb-ft
- 0-60: 2.6 sec
- Weight: 5,185 lbs
- Length: 195.8 in
Here's another tempting upgrade if you've got a spare $50k to throw on top of the 4S Cross Turismo's price. Beyond the extra cash, all you have to do is give up seven more miles of range and you'll be rewarded with nearly 900 horsepower and a ridiculous 2.6-second dash to 60 mph. All of this in a station wagon, mind you. It's madness and we're here for it.
5. 2025 Porsche Taycan Turbo S Cross Turismo (Dual Motor AWD)
- Base Price: $211,700
- Range: 261 mi
- Battery Capacity: 105.0 kWh
- Peak Charge Rate: 320 kW
- Drive Type: All-wheel drive
- Engine: 2 electric motors
- Horsepower: 938
- Torque: 818 lb-ft
- 0-60: 2.4 sec
- Weight: 5,192 lbs
- Length: 195.8 in
We're calling law of diminishing returns on this one. You're only picking up a few tenths of a second here and there on the far cheaper (if that's the right word) Turbo Cross Turismo, and you're shedding a few more miles of range. The big jump is from 4S Cross Turismo (which is awesome in its own right) to the Turbo, so we'd focus our shopping energy on those two variants. The Turbo S doesn't add enough value to justify a price tag with a 2 at the front.
