"The 3 is one of Mazda's best products, delivering good fuel economy, nimble handling and even a sense of real style at a nice price. It also offers optional all-wheel drive, a rarity among small cars. The tight backseat is probably its primary weakness — you can find significantly roomier rear quarters in this segment. If you have a need for speed, the available turbocharged engine packs one of the biggest punches of any non-luxury compact sedan, although it drives up the price considerably.
