Adding four-wheel drive doesn't help the Wagoneer on the fuel-economy front, but we suppose that's not really the point of a beast like this. Notably, although the EPA considers all 4WD Wagoneers to be equal, there are actually two different 4WD systems, one with low-range gearing (Quadra-Drive II) and the other without (Quadra-Trac I).
