- #3 in Midsize 3-Row SUVs
What's New for 2025?
There are only minor equipment adjustments for the Palisade this year. Most notably, a surround-view camera and front parking sensors are now standard for the XRT model, while the SE and SEL models have been deprived of their formerly standard auto-dimming side mirrors.

Is the 2025 Hyundai Palisade a Good SUV?
"Often overlooked because of its wildly successful Kia Telluride corporate cousin, the Palisade is a fine midsize 3-row hauler in its own right and well worth a comparison drive if you're thinking the Kia is right for you. There's not much daylight between the two models. In our experience, the Telluride has a slightly sportier demeanor on the road, while the Palisade feels a bit bigger (it's not) and softer. We give the Telluride the edge in driving, then, and its debonair looks should be worth something, too. But our best advice would be, don't test-drive one without driving the other too."—Ranked #3 out of 15 Midsize 3-Row SUVs

Starting well under $40k, the base Palisade is a bona fide good deal among three-row family haulers.
2. 2025 Hyundai Palisade 3.8 All-Wheel Drive
- Base Price: $38,800
- MPG Combined: 21
- Drive Type: All-wheel drive
- Engine: 3.8-liter V6

AWD costs $2k on the Palisade and drops highway fuel economy to 24 mpg, which frankly isn't very good for a three-row SUV with car-like underpinnings. We'd be inclined to skip AWD and keep that money in our pocket.
