What's New for 2025?
Essentially unchanged this year, the G90 does add physical buttons for the available automatic closing doors (3.5T e-SC only), while all G90s get standard wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto and Genesis Connected Services. Also, the G90 3.5T e-SC starts at an even $100,000, making it the first six-figure Genesis model.

Is the 2025 Genesis G90 a Good Car?
"Genesis came to play with the G90. It's got a design language all its own — no accusations of ripping off the Germans or Japanese here — and its supremely confident feel on the road backs that up. Full-whack acceleration pales in comparison to its pumped-up European rivals, but in most other respects, this is a fully competitive top-shelf sedan."—Ranked #4 out of 6 Full-Size Luxury Sedans

1. 2025 Genesis G90 3.5T All-Wheel Drive
- Base Price: $89,700
- MPG Combined: 21
- Drive Type: All-wheel drive
- Engine: 3.5-liter V6
- Aspiration: Turbocharged
- Transmission: 8-speed automatic
- Horsepower: 375
- Torque: 391 lb-ft
- Weight: 4,828 lbs
- Length: 207.7 in
It's genuinely hard to find fault with the base G90. If a $90k sedan could possibly be classified as a bargain, this is it.
2. 2025 Genesis G90 3.5T e-SC (All-Wheel Drive w/Supercharger)
- Base Price: $100,000
- MPG Combined: 20
- Drive Type: All-wheel drive
- Engine: 3.5-liter V6
- Aspiration: Turbocharged and supercharged
- Transmission: 8-speed automatic
- Horsepower: 409
- Torque: 405 lb-ft
- 0-60: 5.1 sec
- Weight: 5,149 lbs
- Length: 207.7 in
The "e-SC" in this G90 variant denotes an electrically driven supercharger that fills in the (very minor) gaps in the turbocharged V6's power delivery. You might notice it when you take off from a stop — the 3.5T e-SC is ready immediately with a surge of smooth power, whereas the base 3.5T engine has to wait an extra beat for its twin turbochargers to wake up. We're disappointed that the e-SC doesn't add more power and torque to the bottom line, but it's undeniably an upgrade, whether or not you think it's worth the $10k Genesis charges.
