Is the 2025 Genesis Electrified GV70 a Good SUV?
"While we salute Genesis for going hard on the EV front with multiple small electric SUVs, there's a better Genesis in this segment, and it's called the GV60. The Electrified GV70 is inherently compromised due to sharing its platform with the gas-powered GV70, whereas the GV60 is purpose-built to be the best EV possible. That said, the Electrified GV70 would be a viable alternative to the GV60 Performance at the right price, as it shares that model's 429-hp powertrain and broadly matches its range and performance. But that's the only way the Electrified GV70 comes — it's either the full-strength, range-challenged AWD powertrain or nothing."—Ranked #10 out of 13 Compact Luxury Electric SUVs
