The 2024 Golf R's control layout looks nice enough, but try to find a single knob on the center stack. You won't. That means you'll be doing touchy-slidey gestures with your fingers for something as simple as adjusting the volume. Happily, we hear that a revised interface is in store for next year, although it's a bummer that the manual shifter won't live to see it. (Photo: Volkswagen)
