Is the 2025 Chevrolet Trax a Good SUV?
"The Trax is a compelling subcompact SUV in its own right, but we should also note that it's the better of Chevy's two entrants in this segment, edging out the more expensive Trailblazer for everyone who doesn't need AWD. The Trax comes only with front-wheel drive, but it utilizes a conventional six-speed automatic transmission, whereas the front-drive Trailblazer is stuck with a CVT. There's a ton of value in this package, from the head-turning style and spacious interior to the decidedly contemporary touchscreen tech. Pokey acceleration is the biggest drawback; if the Trax had more zest, it might be the best subcompact SUV of them all."—Ranked #4 out of 18 Subcompact SUVs
